Knotty By Nature Does not accept returns. 

Knotty By Nature stands with the quality of our products. We ONLY process store credit, with damaged and expired items.

Damaged or Defective Products

Damaged or defective products may be returned (STORE CREDIT)  to KnottyByNature.com after contacting Knottybynature2018@gmail.com Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product. We will process  STORE CREDIT. 

How To Return Your Item

Customer may return the package to the designated shipping address, and  Knotty By Nature will create a shipping label, returning the package only if the customer service staff have authorized the return.

You can contact us if you have any questions at Knottybynature2018@gmail.com regards to returning an item. Any orders returned to our facilities without receiving authorization first will not receive a STORE CREDIT.
